Sales information
THE PRICE OF A CONTRACT INCLUDES:
- Completion of the apartment in line with the designs and interior finishing package
- Sanitary fittings, including sinks, baths, showers, mixers and saunas
- Completion of the storage room in line with the designs
- Completion of parking spaces in line with the designs
- Connection charges for utility networks (water, electricity, sewerage and heating)
- Data and telephone connections
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Notary’s fees and the state fee related to entering into the sales contract (paid by the buyer)
- Service fees, the amount of which depends on the cost of the products/services (data and telephone communications) offered by the service provider
Sales management
RESERVATION AGREEMENT
The price of the reservation agreement is €3,050, which the client must pay to confirm their interest and which is considered part of the purchase price. The reservation agreement is valid for 1 month or until a notarised sales contract is entered into. You can reserve your preferred apartment with the sales representative listed on the website.
CONTRACT UNDER THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS
Entering into a notarised sales contract is subject to the payment of 15% of the purchase price by the buyer.
REAL RIGHTS CONTRACT
Once construction is complete and the buyer has inspected the apartment, a notarised real rights contract is entered into. Entering into a real rights contract is subject to the payment of the remaining 85% of the purchase price by the buyer and the transfer of ownership and possession by the seller to the buyer.
